A fixed-scope review of where AI is used today. I pick the few workflows worth doing first and lay out a staged plan with owners, guardrails, and simple measures.
Rollout across the business
I run the first workflows through to daily use, then help scale them across functions. When build or support work is needed, I introduce a delivery partner and stay involved.
Plan-the-seat staffing
When the plan calls for people, define the seat first. I make the introduction to USM Workforce Management, which handles sourcing and delivery, including experienced engineers who check AI-generated code before it ships.
